2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence) at the time of entry, and excluding residents of  New York, Florida and Rhode Island. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsors, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or household members are not eligible.

3. Entry Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on Tuesday November 18th, 2025, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on Friday February 27th, 202 (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, visit https://www.chrisbenchetler.com/ and complete the entry form, including your first and last name, email address, and any other required fields. By entering, you agree to receive marketing communications from all participating Sponsors. You may opt out of receiving such communications at any time without affecting your entry or chances of winning.

Limit: One ( 1 ) entry per person/email address during the Promotion Period. Any attempt to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, or logins, or any other methods will void that participant’s entries and may result in disqualification.

5. Prize(s)

Two ( 2 ) Grand Prizes will be awarded:

GIVEAWAY PACKAGE #1:

  • CMH – 5-day Signature trip for winner and one ( 1 ) guest (redemption in 26/27 season, excluding February) (Approximate Retail Value “ARV”): $27,450) (the “CMH Trip”)
  • The CMH Trip is subject to these additional requirements and restrictions: Winner’s guest must, as of the date of travel, be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and eighteen (18) years of age or older. Each of winner and winner’s guest will be responsible for all costs, expenses and incidentals that are not specifically stated as being included in the CMH Trip component of the prize, including but not limited to, airfare, accommodations before and following the CMH Trip, personal items, food, alcohol purchases, CMH shop purchases, gratuities, taxes, and insurance. Each of winner and winner’s guest is responsible for ensuring that he/she has any and all required travel documentation and identification, including passports and visas as applicable, and to ensure that such travel documentation or identification is valid prior to and for the entire duration of travel, and to comply with any customs and immigration requirements. The CMH Trip activities, including, without limitation, heli-skiing, are subject to weather, safety and other similar limitations and restrictions, as well as the duration of the 2026-27 ski season, which may be affected by many factors, including but not limited to, snow conditions, runs open, unusually harsh weather, pandemic or epidemic, travel advisories, public health or government order, or any other event or occurrence, as determined by CMH in its sole discretion, which may result in limitation of the CMH Trip and/or which may limit or prohibit CMH from conducting its operations. In the event of any such impacts on the use of the CMH Trip component of the prize, no cash or other consideration will be provided to winner, but winner may reschedule use of the CMH Trip component of the prize to the 2027-28 ski season. No compensation of any kind other than this optional rescheduling will be provided under any circumstances whatsoever and the CMH Trip component of the prize will expire and be forfeited if no such rescheduling is booked prior to April 3, 2027 and only one ( 1 ) such rebooking will be permitted. It is recommended that each of winner and winner’s guest obtain sufficient personal travel insurance prior to departure. If winner and/or winner’s guest decides not to travel due to reasons other than the foregoing, the CMH Trip component of the prize will be forfeited, no alternative prize will be awarded, and no credit or reimbursement will be awarded. Sponsor will not replace lost or stolen travel documents.
  • The CMH Trip component of the prize is also conditional on winner and winner’s guest signing CMH’s standard Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risk, Warning, Indemnity and Consent to Medical Treatment Agreement (“Waiver”) no later than 30 days prior to the first day of their trip, after which date winner will forfeit the CMH Trip component of their prize. Should winner and/or winner’s guest refuse to sign the Waiver prior to the CMH Trip, they will be unable to join the trip and they will not be entitled to any other compensation from CMH as a result of such cancellation.

GIVEAWAY PACKAGE #2:

  • Mike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing – 5-day Deluxe Package for winner and one (1) guest (redemption in 26/27 season) (ARV: $27,450) (the “Mike Wiegele Trip”)

No cash or other substitution permitted except at Sponsors’ sole discretion. Prizes are non-transferable. Winners are responsible for all taxes on the Prizes. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC for Prize Winners. ARV is as of the time these Official Rules were printed and the value of the Prizes may fluctuate. A winner is not entitled to any difference between the ARV and the actual value of the Prize at the time the Prize is awarded.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

On or about Friday February 27th, 2026, two ( 2 ) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries. The potential winner will be notified by email within 15 days after the drawing. The potential winner must respond within 30 days to claim the prize or it will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

Winners may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release (where legal), and required tax forms  within 30 days of notification.

7. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to: (a) be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final; (b) release and hold harmless the Sponsors and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising out of participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize; and (c) consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media, without further payment or consideration, unless prohibited by law.

The Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsors’ reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by the Sponsors.

Each entry includes the following language that each entrant hereby agrees to:  "I'd like to be entered into the Mountains of the Moon giveaway. By signing up I agree to the Giveaway Terms & Conditions and agree to receive marketing from CB INK, Chris Benchetler and giveaway co-sponsors."

8. Limitation of Liability

Sponsors are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (b) technical failures of any kind; or (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process, (d) for entries not received, regardless of cause.

9. Disputes

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in  San Diego, California. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsors, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
